SET-UP

Table 10 are here to ease the pain of setting everything up, meaning that we will set the tables and chairs in the layout that is required and dress the tables accordingly with the necessary linen, cutlery, crockery and glassware. We are more than happy to set-up the day before the event, which will save you any worry, knowing that everything is ready to go.

WASH-UP

As washing up can be a bit of a headache, especially for larger functions, Table 10 are happy to take all items away dirty and do the washing up for you – leaving you to put your feet up and relax!

DELIVERY & COLLECTION

Table 10 will deliver and collect all items directly to/from your home/venue.

VAT

VAT is chargeable at the current rate, VAT No: 165542306.

HIRE PERIODS

Up to 48 hours or :-

Fri – Mon = 1 Hire

4 – 7 Days = 2 Hires

8 – 10 Days = 2.5 Hires

11 – 14 Days = 3 Hires

15 – 17 Days = 3.5 Hires

TERMS OF HIRE

Hire charges will be for a period of 1 day or as previously agreed and as detailed on the contract. However, in most cases delivery will normally be made the day before the event and collection made the day after the event. Delivery and collection charges will apply and will vary dependent on distance. All shortages and breakages including packaging, boxes and containers will be charged for at the current replacement cost. Substitute equipment will not be accepted. We operate a minimum charge of £20 + Vat. A wash charge of 25% of the total hire charge will be invoiced on orders for: crockery, cutlery, glassware and selected equipment. A minimum wash charge of £5.00 applies. A deposit of £100 is required when making a booking. The full hire charge is to be paid one week prior to delivery of the hired items. Once all items have been collected or returned and counted, the deposit less any breakages or shortages will be refunded.

Table 10 will not be responsible or liable for any injury, accident or damage caused through the use or misuse of goods supplied. All timings which we state or indicate for delivery or collection are approximate. We will not be liable for any delays caused by any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. All equipment remains the property of Table 10. 72 hours notice is required for full or part cancellation of the contract or full charges may be levied
